One of the most difficult jobs is working for and with the public. I tip my hat to all who can as this author did to keep his composure with some of the worse behaving adult/children. It is to bad before embarking on a tour one is not required to take a survey on how you would react to certain conditions involving your attitude towards unforseen difficulties. I enjoyed the description of the tours. Makes me want to travel soon. Also, thank goodness the good out numbered the bad and ugly in this group. Very informative and amazingly funny.Product details
